King George Corridor is an area that is under re-development, as many older single family homes are part of land assemblies, with new townhouse and condominium developments coming along the King George Highway.
The neighbourhood is centrally located, with Grandview Shopping Village on the north eastern side, and White Rock on the south side.
The King George Hwy that runs through the neighbourhood goes all the way to to the border exit, and also runs northwest to other Peninsula desirable neighbourhoods, as well as Surrey.
