This neighbourhood has s a unique location as it is just north of the US border, west of many rural farms and equestrian properties past hwy 176, and east of popular White Rock beaches.
While a large part of the area is still rural, there are also a lot of new townhouse subdivisions and single family homes, with the Summerfield neighbourhood being very popular with young families.
With its Peace Arch Provincial Park on the southwestern side, and its easy access to hwy 99, Pacific Douglas community is a fast growing neighbourhood with many new commercial and residential developments coming in the near future.
