The neighbourhood of Morgan Crossing is an upscale neighbourhood made up of mostly large, single family homes and gated townhomes. Many of the homes have large lots and back onto the popular Morgan Creek Golf Course.
The neighbourhood is very close to the Grandview Corners Shopping area as well as Southpoint Shopping complex. While it is conveniently located near hwy 99, it is also very close to many farms and open fields, giving it a spacious neighbourhood feel.
While desirable for it’s upscale appeal and beautifully-landscaped gardens, the community is also desirable due to it being close to the Southridge Private School.
